Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of runometry.com (the "Site"), published by Timothy ALCAIDE (see the Legal notice). By browsing the Site you accept them.

2. What the Site provides

The Site publishes running shoe spec sheets (weight, drop, stack heights, plate, foam…), editorial ratings, comparisons, guides, and prices collected from third-party retailers. Specifications are transcribed from the brands' sources and labelled "verified" or "unverified"; ratings are editorial opinions; AI-assisted texts are reviewed before being presented as facts.

3. The Site sells nothing

Runometry is neither a seller nor a payment intermediary. Every purchase is concluded directly with the retailer, on its site, under its terms (price, delivery, returns, warranty). Displayed prices are collected automatically, dated ("price checked on …"), flagged after 7 days without a check and hidden after 30 days. They are indicative and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise; only the price shown by the retailer at checkout applies. Converted amounts ("≈") are indicative, at the ECB reference rate.

4. Ranking of offers and partner links

Offers are ranked by ascending price, in stock first, for the visitor's country and currency. At exactly the same price a partner offer comes first; this is the only effect of affiliation on the order. 5. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". Despite our care, a specification, a rating or a price may be inaccurate or outdated. Runometry cannot be held liable for a purchase made on the basis of this information, for the content, prices, delivery or service of third-party retailers, or for an interruption of the Site.

6. Intellectual property and use of the Site

The Site's content and database are protected (see the Legal notice). You may browse the Site, share its pages and quote short excerpts with a link. Without written agreement, the following are prohibited: substantial extraction or reproduction of the content or database, large-scale automated access (robots, scrapers) beyond what robots.txt allows, and any commercial reuse of the spec sheets, ratings or price records.

8. Changes

Runometry may change the Site and these terms at any time; the dated online version applies.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. As nothing is sold on the Site, consumer mediation does not apply to your relationship with Runometry; disputes about a purchase are handled by the retailer concerned. Failing an amicable settlement (contact@runometry.com), the French courts have jurisdiction.
